If the webpage has been updated since you opened it then probably not. It's good practice to close a webpages when you've finished viewing it. If you need to open it regularly save it to your 'Favourites' so you can access it easily. However, if you know you are not seeing the updated version you could try the following. Close and reopen the webpage window. If that doesn't work close and reopen the Internet Browser. Or try to refresh your webpage by clicking a little circular arrow normally found at the top of the screen somewhere
This normally happens when all the required questions haven't been answered. Go through the form again and make sure you answer all 'Required' questions. The form is sent when you see the 'Success' page. There is no need to send multiple forms once you see the Success page.
In word YES! The longer you leave sending in your membership form or payment the harder it is for us to tie them up. That could mean a delay in renewing your membership. We have nearly 400 member applications to process. Please remember, we're volunteers, help us to help you.

You can contact any Committee Member by going to the 'Committee' page in the footer of nearly every website page or by going to the 'Contact Us' page and express and interest. Committee members are voted on to committee at our yearly AGM in October. You would need Proposer and Seconder. However, a member can be co-opted onto committee any time of year.
The best way to update your membership details is to go to the 'Contact Us' page on the website and complete the contact us form with your new details.
Go to the Group Page by looking in the websites main menu and clicking 'Groups/Activities'. Find the group or activity you're interested in and, using the contact details, email or phone the Group Leader who will provide you with further information.

No, please don't just turn up at a group session without contacting the Group Leader first. There may not be room for you and we would hate to cause you any embarrassment by turning you away.
Verwood u3a charges an annual fee that ensures we have enough income to hire all the required venues throughout the year. Many other u3as have a lower membership fee but then charge for each attendance at a venue that is hired. This can be significantly more expensive for the member over the course of a year.
